CIMRO of Nebraska’s Physician Office Quality Improvement Project is designed to optimize patient care provided in the physician office setting by focusing on workflow, process improvement and systems change. CIMRO of Nebraska will also assist physician offices with Health Information Technology (HIT) implementation and related quality improvement efforts. 

The Physician Office Quality Improvement Project will focus on the following areas:

• Doctor’s Office Quality – Information Technology (DOQ-IT)
• Cultural Competency
• Underserved Populations
• Care Management and Preventive Care
• Prescription Drug Delivery and Medication Use

CIMRO of Nebraska will partner with physician offices in Nebraska to improve clinical measures, health information technology processes and internal systems of care.
