CIMRO of Nebraska partners with a select number of physician offices in Nebraska to provide resources and technical assistance to improve preventive health services and care management processes. Care management includes data collection and review to improve quality of care through prevention, early detection, treatment and decreased complications. Using DOQ-IT University and other resources, physician practices will also work to utilize existing Electronic Health Records (EHR) capabilities to improve screening rates for the following:
